pulling hair

BOOM hihi
People - girls - might ask: this playing rough, boys, what is it good for? Why demolish everything? Why pull my hair? Why throw things at each other?

Yes, why? It is difficult for boys not to hear a judgement in these questions. Apperently it's wrong to demolish everything, to pull girl's hair and to thow things at each other. And still it fun to do. And why? Why is it fun to do, this demoshing, pulling and throwing? I ask myself this question, without judging my attachment to demolishing, pulling and throwing. I think I love demolishing, pulling and thowing because of curiosity. The broken things, the pulled hair and the hurt friend give me information. Information on how things work and how people are.

Sometimes the attractive and friendly boy sees a grown up man on his knees in the mud, getting dirty in order to make a new street. Because the friendly and attractive boy is a middleclass boy, he understands that getting dirty and making streets is not the dreamed future that society had in mind for him. Our main character desides from now on to practise his curiosity only on people, not on material. Sometimes he loves to blow up his miniature cars, but he does it secretly. He is still an attractive boy, but friendly is not the first word that comes to our minds when we see him acting.

  1. On an assigment for school my oldest son had to write: What would you by if you had a lot of money. He said "a car". The next questions was: nd what would you do with it? His answer was "demolish it" I definitely think demolishing is a boy thing!
